Not a great deal to report from the last couple of weeks. Its been a case of baton down the hatches, with all
locos put into store for the winter period following the end of our Diesel Running Season.
D6575 and D1661 are the companies winter engineering locomotives.
At Williton itself there has been a lot of engineering work taking place in the lockdown month of November.
New signals are being installed to enable fully signalled run rounds to take place when trains are in
section. Track work has also been undertaken.
We are very pleased to report that the 2017 Diesel Driver Experience courses have gone online now for
sale with quite a few sold already. Perhaps a perfect Christmas present for someone? You get a decent go
at driving on the heritage freight train as well as time as the "secondman" and the excitement of riding in
the brakevan riding around through the countryside for some time too.

Meanwhile Robin Breddy has sent us a couple of photos of D1661 from 2008 at Minehead. Doesn't time
fly, the locomotive has been with us for ten years in May 2017.
