A delightful print from the original watercolour by artist Mike Jeffries, featuring the ‘Western’ that was selected for the National Collection, D1023 ‘WESTERN FUSILIER’
This locomotive was one of the last four of the class to remain in service and participated in the ‘Western Tribute’ railtour on Saturday 26th February 1977 before being ‘claimed’ by the National Collection. This locomotive now resides at the National Railway Museum in York.
This product will be shipped in a cardboard tube for protection. Ideal for framing.
