Payment must be made in GB Pounds Sterling and may be made by one of the following methods: Credit/Debit Card, Online banking transfer or Purchase Order where agreed.

In the case of any fraudulent activity, the proper authorities will be informed and legal action pursued.

Gift Aid

Donating through Gift Aid means that we, as a registered charity, can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give. And it won’t cost you a penny extra. To qualify, all you need to do is ensure that you paid income tax or capital gains tax equivalent in amount or more than the total of all your donations to charities in any one tax year.

What you need to do:

To make a Gift Aid donation online, select Gift Aid : YES from the options drop-down on the Donations product page.

To make a written Gift Aid declaration to the DEPG, simply fill out this form and we’ll do the rest. You can include all donations from the last 4 years.

If you’re already a member of the DEPG, then your renewal form (whether online or postal) will have included a declaration which you may use.  To make a Gift Aid donation with your Membership online, select Gift Aid : YES from the options drop-down on the Membership product page.

You must tell us about any tax years where you didn’t pay enough tax.

Your donations will qualify as long as they’re not more than 4 times what you have paid in tax in that tax year (6 April to 5 April). The tax could have been paid on income or capital gains.

Refund Policy

Products that are defective or not fit for purpose may be returned to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, including postage, or a replacement.

Products that were ordered in error or that were not required may be returned to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, but in this case, postage costs that have been incurred will not be refunded.

Upon returning an order, the customer will have their payment returned or replacement sent when the goods are received back at our office in their original condition and packaging.

If you wish to return an item please contact us first by emailing contact@depg.org to make the arrangements. Please avoid re-ordering a new item and then returning the first where possible.
